Our Policies

At Callie K Cupcakes, we take great pride in your satisfaction.

Please review the policies below.

Ordering

We require that you place an order at least 4 days to a week in advance of your occasion. Once orders are received, they are reviewed and dates are checked for availability. We try to accommodate as many orders as we can, but some dates may be fully booked.

If booking for a larger event, please contact well in advance to save the date.

Orders are fulfilled Wednesday - Saturday, with pick up from 4-8 pm at the White House Restaurant at 3312 Roblin Blvd., where we bake.

Payment

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice. This invoice must be paid in full by the date listed (3 days ahead for most orders, weddings and larger orders are a week in advance, as well as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking). You payment confirms your order.

Food Allergies

We do offer a number of allergy friendly options. Please take the time to review our allergen section to fully understand our facility and the allergens we deal with. Please indicate when ordering if you have allergies that need to be accommodated.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you have to cancel your order, this must be done no later than 72 hours in advance of your pick up time. No refunds will be given after this time should you cancel.

Deposits on larger orders to hold the date are not refundable.

Liability

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, we are no longer liable. So, please travel carefully with your order, keep it flat and keep it cool, consider bringing a cooler in the summer for transport and keep the car chilled at that time too. If you're not enjoying your goodies that day, we recommend you keep them chilled.

Refunds and Returns

We do not offer returns due to food safety. Should there be an issue with your order, please contact and we will review the situation.
